Our Pinot Noir grapes have been sourced from the cool climate, high altitude region of Tumbarumba.  In the western foothills of the Snowy Mountains in New South Wales.

An elegant sparking wine with a fine bead, displaying raspberry and cherry fruits. Balanced with light acidity and a hint of fruit sweetness, providing a smooth long finish. 

Drinking perfectly now, enjoy chilled by the glass, with a casual BBQ or simply a cheese platter!
