A delectable, easy drinking late harvest wine.

The Viognier grapes dehydrate yielding little juice but a concentrated flavour and acids. Botrytis in this case is beneficial as it aids dehydration and adds character.

The 2019 Botrytis Viognier has a pleasant apricot character with hints of light marmalade. It has a great balance with a long lingering finish without being cloying.

A great match with foods that are complimented with a little sweetness.

Drink as an Aperitif or Dessert wine to match pate or summer desserts that are not overly sweet or just enjoy after dinner.

A very elegant and moreish dessert wine.
