These grapes have been sourced from the Hilltops Region in southern New South Wales and have aged in French Oak for 12 months. 

This premium full bodied wine displays generous blackberry and black current fruits providing a full palate and good length with rich tannin evident on the finish. 

This great structured wine has had good cellaring life already and is ready to drink now.  Allow the wine time to breathe prior to enjoying alongside your favourite red meat dish.
